At Celebration Gardens, you won’t find the typical windowless meeting room that stifles creativity and drains energy. Instead, you’ll discover four stunning indoor/outdoor spaces designed to inspire, energize, and bring people together, boosting both morale and productivity.
Dahlia Room
Our Dahlia Room is a fully climate controlled indoor space that can accommodate up to 60 people. Featuring a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, staging area, white leather couch set, and restrooms, this is the ideal space to conduct team brainstorming sessions, present and exchange ideas, and confer on company decisions. This space allows your team to focus while still having direct access to our beautiful gardens just steps outside the main door.
Gazebo Lawn
Perfect for a team happy hour or networking mixer, the Gazebo Lawn at Celebration Gardens offers an expansive outdoor setting surrounded by swaying palms, colorful bougainvillea, crepe myrtles, and lush tropical foliage. It’s a stunning place to mingle, unwind, and take in the fresh air and garden views as the evening begins. This space exudes a relaxed, welcoming energy, immediately putting guests at ease and helping them transition from the office mindset to one of connection and celebration.
Picture this: Your guests walk through the flowering arbor at the entrance to the venue and are greeted by the beautiful Gazebo Lawn. It’s set with scattered cocktail tables in your preferred linen color and soft candlelight emanates from each tabletop. Our in-house caterer, John Michael Events, serves butler passed hors d’oeuvres and beverages as everyone starts to mix and mingle. The stately Gazebo at the heart of the space houses live musicians, whose tunes float through the crisp evening air. With all five senses engaged, your guests instantly know that they’re in for an extraordinary experience.
Grand Pavilion
As the night progresses, you’ll transition to our Grand Pavilion, where dinner awaits! This event space can comfortably seat up to 160 and offers sweeping views of our main botanical gardens. With open-air siding and market lighting, your guests will delight in the indoor/outdoor nature of this space, as they dine underneath the Pavilion and then enjoy all that the gardens have to offer. This includes a fire pit, lawn games from corn hole to bocce ball, a built-in bar and of course, the beauty of the pristinely manicured gardens.

At Celebration Gardens, we make meeting planning easy! We’ve developed an all-inclusive meeting package with busy professionals like you in mind, so that you can book everything you’ll need in one contract. Our Meeting Room Package includes:
- Property Rental of the Dahlia Room for 8 Hours – Includes a plug n play projector with large screen for your images or slideshow
- Tables, Chairs, Linens
- AV Equipment – Audio system with plug/play and bluetooth capability, TV monitor on stand, large bandwidth dedicated wifi, clear podium, easels
- Catered Breakfast OR Lunch with Beverages
- All-Day Snacks and Dedicated F&B Breaks
This package is designed for 30 guests from Monday-Friday. However, we’re always happy to personalize any of our packages for you, including creating a custom quote that best aligns with your needs.
For corporate celebrations, our Special Event package offers:
