botanical garden wedding and event venue in Orlando, FL. You may have heard about our
signature event gazebo and blossoming gardens at every turn. But did you know that we
recently got a makeover?
Celebration Gardens is newly renovated and expanded! Now, we are more ready than ever to
serve you as Orlando’s premier garden wedding venue. With our new expansion, our property
doubled in size and we have an exciting new outdoor reception space that accommodates more
guests! Not to mention the additional lush landscaping that creates even more of an enchanting
atmosphere for your garden wedding or event.
As an added bonus, we also have fresh catering menus, exclusive to Celebration Gardens! In
this post, we are going to give you the lowdown on all of our new offerings, from our upgraded
event spaces to our delicious new menus. Make sure to read to the end to access a free

The Goal of Expanding our Garden Wedding Venue:
If you visited Celebration Gardens before the expansion, you would have seen our romantic
garden wedding venue that included the Gazebo Lawn, Garden Pavilion, and backyard gardens.
Our garden wedding ceremonies were held on the Gazebo Lawn and then guests would
transition to the Garden Pavilion and backyard gardens area for cocktail hour. During that time,
our well-seasoned team would flip the Gazebo Lawn from the ceremony setup to the reception
setup.
With our previous layout, your garden wedding ceremony and reception would be held in the
same space. We know our couples crave variety though as well as ample space for their guests
to mix and mingle, especially for those who prefer to maintain social distance. Plus, our team
wanted to offer a smoother and more efficient event flow for guests.
That’s why we decided to completely overhaul and expand our property! We wanted to give
you another event site, more space for guests, and create a more seamless guest flow.
New Renovations, Same Garden Wedding Feel:
Before we take a tour of our renovations, let’s fill you in on what hasn’t changed. Our couples
know and love us for our quaint butterfly garden, majestic tree of life, and surrounding lush
landscaping that create a true garden wedding atmosphere. This hasn’t changed! In fact, we
have even enhanced our gardens by planting more flowers around the existing grounds and
adding entire new gardens in the expanded area. Our garden wedding vibes definitely aren’t
going anywhere!
Our getting ready suite has also remained the same because it’s already a comfortable space in
which our couples get all dolled up before the wedding. There are cozy couches, large mirrors,
and plenty of windows for natural lighting. The suite leads right up to the Gazebo Lawn, making
for a seamless flow for the bride, groom, and wedding party to enter the wedding ceremony.
Our Gazebo Lawn has also remained the same because it’s already pretty perfect, if we do say
so ourselves! With its manicured lawn, covered musicians’ gazebo, and white ceremony
gazebo, this area is already equipped to give couples the perfect garden wedding ceremony.
Last but not least, our Garden Pavilion has stayed true as well! This covered, open-air pavilion
features vines along the ceiling and sides, creating a shaded and romantic setting for up to 40
people, seated reception-style. Since our expansion includes a new, larger pavilion, this smaller
space can now be used solely for cocktail hour or as a covered event space for more intimate
groups.
New Expanded Cocktail Hour Space & Gardens:
Now that you know where we started, let’s dive into the renovations!
With the expansion, our venue truly doubled in size! We used to have a fence lining our
backyard gardens, but not anymore! We knocked that fence down to completely open up our
gardens.
In this area now, you’ll find newly paved walkways that take you through our manicured
succulent gardens. We planted new cacti and blooms of all colors that truly enhance our garden
wedding feel. Our full-time landscaper, Botanical Harmony, takes great care to ensure that
every flower, vine, and plant is healthy and thriving for your garden wedding day!
The garden paths will also lead you to our fire pit, where you and your guests are welcome to
roast marshmallows and make s’mores. For every garden wedding and event we host, we
include a venue attendant, who will help start and maintain the fire as well as help adjust the
market lighting we have overhead, lock and unlock the getting ready suite, and more.
Adjacent to the fire pit, our built-in outdoor bar has doubled in width! This features a white bar
front and is now large enough to fit 2-3 bartenders, which means faster bar service and reduced
wait times for your guests. This is also a great place to incorporate custom bar signs, set floral
arrangements, or place any other personal décor you may have.
What would a garden wedding be without lawn games? Previously, couples could rent these
games or bring in their own, but now, they are included! We have built-in lawn games
throughout our garden and cocktail hour space, including corn hole, horseshoes, bocce ball,
and even a putting green!
At the center of our garden sits a white wooden pergola that makes for a wonderful photo
opportunity! Couples can drape the pergola in fabric, apply floral sprays to the corners, or leave
it as is, and it will serve as a beautiful backdrop to achieve the ultimate garden wedding photos.
New Main Outdoor Pavilion:
The crown jewel of our expansion efforts is our new large outdoor pavilion! This is a covered
and paved black pavilion with open-air siding that can host up to 160 people fully seated,
reception style. It sits adjacent to our succulent gardens, giving your guests a beautiful garden
view while they dine al fresco with the built-in market lights twinkling overhead.
If it happens to rain on your wedding day, there’s no need to worry! This new, larger pavilion
does have optional tent siding that we can pull down panel by panel to keep you and your
guests completely dry and happy.

have created all new catering menus that are exclusive to our venue, provided by our in-house
caterer, John Michael Events.
