Celebration Gardens After Dark: Rustin’s 40th Birthday

Recently, Celebration Gardens was host to a very special milestone
Our Celebration Gardens facility manager, Michael Thomas, hosted
his husband Rustin’s 40th birthday party for about sixty friends.
The beautiful up-lighting and market lighting allowed guests to fully
appreciate all of our amazing gardens and spaces.
As part of the birthday festivities Johan Michael Exquisite
Weddings and Catering provided a Full Liquor Bar Service including beer, wine,
liquor, setup and bartender.
As guests gathered, the staff served them butler passed hors

Sun-dried Tomato and Feta Crisps
With drinks in hand and enjoying some lite bites, guests explored
the gardens and had the opportunity to play a game of cornhole on the lighted
lawn, tackle a tabletop Giant Jenga and pose for some fun photos in a Gify
A little later in the evening guests were seated at tables draped
in electric blue linen and decorated with a simple clay vase filled with fresh
cut flowers. Friends dined on a buffet reception that included:
Panko and Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Cheese Tortellini Alfredo Florentine
Red Pepper and Parmesan Risotto
Chef Carved Beef Brisket
with Caramelized Onions, Pomerey Mustard,
Sweet BBQ and Spicy BBQ Sauces
Rosemary Garlic, Honey Wheat and Plain Yeast

Throughout the evening guests danced, mingled, played games and
got a little silly in the Gify Booth before Rustin cut his fun music themed
To wrap up
the festivities guests also enjoyed some late-night snacks.
offered fresh cut potato wedges, fried to order and served with catsup, sea
salt grinders and malt vinegar.
For those who
wanted something sweet, guests were able to make their own S’mores, including
jumbo marshmallows, chocolate squares and graham crackers.
