In 2025, we had the honor of hosting Karina and Luli’s intimate wedding in our botanical gardens. With 40 guests, their day is a beautiful reminder that a smaller guest count doesn’t mean compromising on the vision or experience you’ve dreamed of. Their garden celebration was truly sun-soaked with our grounds in full bloom and bougainvillea cascading across the property in varying shades of pink. Plus, thanks to their all-inclusive wedding package, the planning process felt refreshingly simple, allowing them to focus less on logistics and more on being present with the people they love.

Orlando All-Inclusive Event Packages:
While our venue has been a staple in the Orlando event community for years, we never forget what it’s like for someone to plan an event when it’s not something they do for a living. Planning any kind of celebration can quickly start to feel like a second full-time job. For their botanical garden intimate wedding, we worked with Karina and Luli to create their perfect wedding package! We started with a base package that included the following:

Intimate Wedding Ceremony:
For their intimate wedding, Karina and Luli chose a beautiful color palette of cornflower blue, white, and natural greenery. This classic color scheme paired wonderfully with our botanical gardens, enhancing the flowers that blossomed around every corner.
Their ceremony took place on our Gazebo Lawn, where the gazebo was softly draped in cornflower blue fabric and framed with two floral arrangements featuring blue hydrangeas, white roses, and natural greenery. A unity ceremony table sat front and center beneath the gazebo, perfectly set and waiting for them to begin their celebration. Blue and white floral arrangements marked the ends of each aisle chair, and the couple reserved a special front-row seat for their departed loved ones, placing photos on the chair as a heartfelt tribute.
Karina and Luli’s attire also perfectly matched the day with one in a romantic, floral-embroidered wedding gown and the other in a navy blue suit with floral tie. Their bouquet and boutonniere added a beautiful pop of color and a fresh, organic touch to their ensembles. Each of them looked stunning, but it was the looks on their faces as they came down the aisle that made heads turn. Their smiles were absolutely radiant, as bright as the day itself.
This set the tone for a profound intimate wedding ceremony filled with emotion and romance. The two exchanged tear-jerking vows before participating in a symbolic sand unity ceremony. Their joy was so tangible in the ceremony that by the time they kissed, everyone was ready to party! After they were married, Karina and Luli danced back up the aisle together, twirling and dipping to celebrate the moment!
Picture-Perfect Cocktail Hour:
The team at John Michael Events is always the first to get the party started! They’re the ones who welcome guests to cocktail hour and open the bar, setting the tone for a fun celebration. While Karina and Luli took post-ceremony photos, guests enjoyed drinks, played lawn games, and mingled in the main area of our beautiful botanical gardens. This space features a built-in white wooden bar, cozy fire pit, plenty of space for lawn games, and a stately white trellis draped in pink bougainvillea. Not to mention our authentic English phone booth! This is a piece of our venue’s history, which now makes for whimsical wedding photos that our couples love. Everything is framed by lush gardens and landscaping, creating picture-perfect backdrops everywhere you look.
While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, Karina and Luli made the most of our property for their wedding photos. They captured newlywed photos on the Gazebo Lawn, in the butterfly garden, under flower-draped trellises, and throughout the main gardens. There are truly endless opportunities for gorgeous shots here!
Intimate Wedding Reception:
The main botanical gardens flow seamlessly into our indoor/outdoor Grand Pavilion, where Karina and Luli’s reception took place. There, round tables dressed in white linens, cornflower blue napkins and centerpieces with greenery wreaths and lanterns welcomed guests. Soft Edison lights glowed overhead, mirroring the golden glimmer of the votive candles on each table.
But the real showstopper was the newlyweds’ sweetheart table! Adorned with a cascading blue and white floral garland, a mix of candles and lanterns at the base, and two sparkling monograms reading “K” and “L,” it was a table truly fit for the VIPs of the evening!
Upon making their grand entrance into their intimate wedding reception, Karina and Luli shared their first dance. Their loved ones followed this up with wholehearted toasts filled with laughter, wonderful memories, and happy tears. Then, it was time to eat!
John Michael Events is our in-house catering partner here at Celebration Gardens. That evening, they served up a delicious dinner that included:
- Caesar John Michael
- Cheese Tortellini with sundried tomato and herb cream sauce
- Yellow Rice Pilaf
- Rosemary Shallot Potatoes
- Chef Carved Pernil with jalapeno garlic parmesan sauce, pomerey mustard and sweet barbecue sauce
- Key Lime Pie

Wedding Celebration in the Gardens:
What’s a wedding without cake and dancing? As the DJ started to heat up the dance floor, Karina and Luli took part in their wedding cake cutting. For this, they had a three-tiered cake accented with blue flowers and a custom cake topper that depicted themselves along with their three cats. The topper was beautifully detailed, capturing every nuance of their wedding attire with remarkable accuracy, making it a charming and memorable centerpiece for their cake.
After they shared the first slice together, the John Michael Events team cut and served the rest of the cake to the guests. It was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling, so needless to say, it was a hit! Everyone enjoyed it as they took to the dance floor, having fun together long after the sun went down. Our team cleared the dining tables to create extra space for dancing, letting the celebration spill out into the main gardens: A true perk of having an indoor/outdoor reception!
At the end of the night, we helped guests line up and light their sparklers for Karina and Luli’s grand exit. Their smiles lit up the night and as sparks literally flew, it was clear that we had done our jobs in giving them the intimate wedding of their dreams.
