These beautiful newlyweds had a bold botanical garden wedding at our Orlando wedding venue, where they were surrounded by 50 of their friends and family. With a red and black color scheme, their botanical garden wedding day had a fun edginess and depth to it while still maintaining a sense of elegance.

Celebration Gardens All-Inclusive Wedding Packages:
Celebration Gardens offers all-inclusive wedding packages because our goal is to make wedding planning simple and streamlined! By booking one of these packages and customizing it to fit your specific needs, you book your entire dream wedding all at once!
Karlie and Shane made the most of their Rose package by making it fit their guest count of 50, removing vendor services they wanted to book on their own, and adding services that they knew they needed.
Thus, while the Rose package typically includes your wedding floral and cake, Karlie and Shane removed these. They instead opted to include additional services, such as specialty lounge furniture, hair and makeup, cold sparklers, and a sparkler grand exit.
These “extras” that we added to their one-of-a-kind Rose package helped put their botanical garden wedding over the top!
Botanical Garden Wedding Ceremony:
Our botanical garden wedding venue is intentionally laid out to ensure easy and smooth transitions from event to event, throughout the day! When you get married here, you’ll begin your wedding morning by getting ready in our Getting Ready Cottage, a cute and cozy house outfitted with large mirrors, couches, and plenty of natural light for getting your hair and makeup done. You’ll feel right at home as you prepare for the biggest day of your life!
One of the best parts of the Getting Ready Cottage is that the front and back doors lead directly to the Gazebo Lawn for the ceremony!
On Karlie and Shane’s botanical garden wedding day, Karlie donned a stunning white wedding gown with exquisite lace detailing. Her cascading bridal bouquet consisted of fluffy red, white and black roses and natural greenery, but what stood out the most that day was her smile! She glowed with absolute joy as her father walked her down the aisle, prompting tears to spring up in Shane’s eyes.
For their nuptials, Karlie and Shane decorated our classic white Gazebo with red, white, and black florals and white fabric draping. They also set white pillars topped with floral arrangements on either side of the altar, creating a beautiful frame around their ceremony.
They timed their ceremony just perfectly where the sun cast a dreamy golden glow over them, as they shared their first married kiss and became husband and wife!
Botanical Garden Wedding Photos:
Our team prides ourselves in maintaining our botanical gardens year-round, so even in the blaze of summer or the chill of winter, you’ll have stunning backdrops for your celebration and wedding photos. Everywhere you go on our property, photo opportunities abound. From the Gazebo Lawn to the Butterfly Garden to the classic English phone booth, there are ample places to capture beautiful pictures here.
Karlie and Shane took full advantage of this after they tied the knot! They enjoyed snapping photos with their family and wedding party at the Gazebo, and then got to explore our gardens for newlywed portraits afterwards. All the while, their guests mixed and mingled at cocktail hour, munching on charcuterie and sipping on cocktails from the bar.
Indoor/Outdoor Wedding Reception:
After the sun set on this botanical garden wedding day, it was time to kick off the reception! Karlie and Shane held this celebration in our Grand Pavilion, a black, open-air event space that can accommodate up to 175 guests. It is situated amongst our gardens, allowing guests to enjoy the views and fresh air throughout the celebration.
To start the party, the DJ introduced Karlie and Shane as husband and wife with cold sparklers flaring on either side of the walkway as they entered. Not only did this make for an epic photo opportunity, but it was such a special and unforgettable moment from the day!
Then, this couple shared their first dance followed by toasts. For this portion of the night, they took their seats at their sweetheart table, which was lavishly decorated with a black and white runner, red and white floral, and red and black taper candles. They sat on the wingback love seat that they had added to their Rose package to give their wedding table that extra flair!
John Michael Events Wedding Catering:
Our sister company, John Michael Events, proudly services all of our weddings and events here at Celebration Gardens. For Karlie and Shane’s botanical garden wedding reception, they served a delightful meal consisting of:

- Rosemary Lemon Chicken
- Pesto Primavera
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetable Sautee
These classic wedding dinner options are guaranteed crowd-pleasers! Whether your culinary preferences are classic like these dishes or you crave something out-of-the-box, the John Michael Events team can whip up the perfect meal for you. Their seasoned Chefs are able to prepare food of any cuisine and accommodate even the most limiting of dietary restrictions. This means you never have to worry about your guests’ food safety or if they’re going to love the food!
The rest of Karlie and Shane’s botanical garden wedding reception was filled with fun! They cut into their three-tier, red and black wedding cake, broke out fun dance floor props, and danced the night away under the stars! Karlie even changed into a second reception dress; a white, halter-necked dress paired with white heels that she could easily dance in.
When the night came to a close, they shared one last dance and kiss before their guests sent them off with sparklers and cheers. It was the perfect conclusion to a perfect day!
