You want trusted professionals, period! Unfortunately we hear all too often from people who after the wedding had regrets; they chose to go off on their own with some of the planning aspects.
Here is an email we received from a couple who recently got married at Celebration Gardens. They wanted to share some not so exciting news with us. {don’t worry we’ve removed the names}.
Hi Michael
I just wanted to share something with you quickly. I don’t know if you remember but {we} hired a videographer on our own for a few reasons. After carefully looking at reviews and sample videos we went with {name removed to protect their privacy}. Per our contract, we should have had our video by May 19th. We have received no video and {the vendor} is nowhere to be found, and trust me I have tried. This is completely on us as we hired him outside of the package with your company. I am only sharing this with you because your business has an amazing reputation and I highly respect you and your company. I am sure you have no ties to {the vendor} but I wanted to warn you about him.
